The cottages are located across from the Indian River in downtown Sebastian, Florida.

All rates are subject to change without notice. Sales tax and tourist tax (11%) are in addition to rates. All reservations require a 50% deposit.
2 Night Minimum
Check in time 3 p.m.
Check out time 11 a.m.

Reservations and Advance Deposits required and are non refundable unless cancellation notification is made 30 days before reservation arrival date.

Pets are $5 per day. All pets subject to approval.
All cottages are non-smoking.
